سياسة الخصوصية — Sport X Hub

Sport X Hub منصة تربط اللاعبين، الأندية، والمدربين ببعض. سياسة الخصوصية دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها من مستخدمي التطبيق والموقع، وليه، وإزاي بنستخدمها.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف (لو اتضاف)، وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة بشكل مشفّر).
بيانات الملف الشخصي: الصور، الفيديوهات، السيرة الذاتية (CV)، والإحصائيات الرياضية اللي بيضيفها اللاعب أو المدرب أو النادي.
المحتوى اللي بينشره المستخدم: منشورات، تعليقات، طلبات دعوة/انضمام بين الأندية والمدربين واللاعبين.
بيانات استخدام تقنية أساسية (زي نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل) لأغراض تشغيل التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال.

إزاي بنستخدم البيانات

لإنشاء وإدارة حساب المستخدم وتسجيل الدخول.
لعرض الملفات الشخصية والمحتوى للمستخدمين التانيين حسب إعدادات الخصوصية داخل التطبيق.
لتمكين التواصل والدعوات بين اللاعبين والأندية والمدربين.
لتحسين أداء التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء.

مشاركة البيانات

إحنا مش بنبيع بيانات المستخدمين لأي جهة خارجية. بيانات الملف الشخصي (زي الصور والفيديوهات والسيرة الذاتية) بتتعرض للمستخدمين التانيين على المنصة حسب طبيعة الخدمة (بناء ملف رياضي عام يشوفه الأندية والمدربين). البيانات بتتخزّن على خوادم قواعد بيانات سحابية (MongoDB Atlas) بشكل آمن.

تخزين البيانات وأمانها

كلمات المرور بتتخزّن بشكل مشفّر ومفيش وصول مباشر ليها. الوصول للبيانات مقصور على فريق تشغيل المنصة للأغراض التقنية فقط (صيانة، دعم فني، إصلاح أعطال).

صلاحيات التطبيق على الموبايل

تطبيق الموبايل بيطلب إذن الوصول للصور/الفيديوهات فقط لما المستخدم يختار يرفع صورة أو فيديو لملفه الشخصي أو لمنشور، ومش بيوصل لأي حاجة تانية من غير إذن المستخدم.

حقوق المستخدم

تعديل أو حذف بيانات الملف الشخصي في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
حذف الحساب بالكامل وكل البيانات المرتبطة بيه في أي وقت (التفاصيل بالأسفل).

حذف الحساب والبيانات

تقدر تحذف حسابك بنفسك من جوه التطبيق:

افتح التطبيق وسجّل دخولك.
روح لـ الإعدادات.
اضغط حذف الحساب، واكتب كلمة المرور للتأكيد.
أكّد الحذف.

الحذف بيتم فورًا ونهائيًا، وبيشمل: بيانات الحساب، والملف الشخصي والسيرة الذاتية، والصور والفيديوهات والمنشورات، والتعليقات والإعجابات اللي سبتها، والإشعارات، والدعوات، وارتباطك بأي نادي أو مدرب أو لاعب، ومواعيد وإحصائيات التقويم، وكل جلسات الدخول. مش بنحتفظ بأي نسخة من البيانات دي بعد الحذف.

الاستثناء الوحيد: طلبات الشراء من المتجر (لو موجودة) بتفضل محفوظة كسجل مبيعات (المنتجات والمبلغ وعنوان التوصيل)، لكن بتتفصل عن حسابك تمامًا.

لو مش قادر تدخل على التطبيق، ابعت طلب حذف من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل بيه الحساب على العنوان اللي بالأسفل، وهنحذف الحساب في خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.

Privacy Policy — Sport X Hub

Sport X Hub is a platform that connects players, clubs, and coaches. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect from users of our app and website, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and password (stored encrypted).
Profile data: photos, videos, CV/resume, and sports statistics added by players, coaches, or clubs.
User-generated content: posts, comments, and invitations/requests exchanged between clubs, coaches, and players.
Basic technical usage data (device type, operating system) for app operation and troubleshooting.

How We Use Data

To create and manage user accounts and enable login.
To display profiles and content to other users according to in-app privacy settings.
To enable communication and invitations between players, clubs, and coaches.
To improve app performance and fix bugs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data to third parties. Profile data (such as photos, videos, and CVs) is shown to other users on the platform as part of the core service (building a public sports profile visible to clubs and coaches). Data is stored securely on cloud database infrastructure (MongoDB Atlas).

Data Storage and Security

Passwords are stored encrypted and are not directly accessible. Access to user data is restricted to the platform's operating team for technical purposes only (maintenance, support, troubleshooting).

Mobile App Permissions

The mobile app requests access to photos/videos only when the user chooses to upload a picture or video to their profile or a post, and does not access anything else without the user's action.

User Rights

Edit or delete profile data at any time from within the app.
Delete your account and all data linked to it at any time (details below).

Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account yourself from within the app:

Open the app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account and enter your password to confirm.
Confirm the deletion.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It covers your account data, profile and CV, photos, videos and posts, the comments and likes you left, notifications, invitations, any club, coach or player links, calendar entries and stats, and all active sessions. We do not keep a copy of this data after deletion.

The only exception: store orders (if any) are kept as sales records (products, amount and delivery address), but fully unlinked from your account.

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered on the account to the address below, and we will delete the account within 30 days at most.
